We are based at Fusion Hive in Stockton-on-Tees, with excellent access to the A19 and A1(M). While we are based in the North East, we support clients across the United Kingdom.

Yes. We provide full remote support for many issues, allowing us to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Where needed, we also offer on-site support depending on your requirements and service agreement.
Do you only work with businesses in your local area?
No. While we are based in Stockton-on-Tees, we work with organisations across the UK. Our services are designed to be flexible, supporting both local clients and national multi-site organisations.
Can you support existing IT systems?
Yes. We can work with your existing infrastructure, whether that involves supporting current systems, improving performance, or planning upgrades and migrations.

Response times depend on your service agreement, but we prioritise fast, reliable support to minimise disruption. Remote issues are typically addressed quickly, with on-site visits arranged where necessary.
